Can you imagine what it would be like to have a fast recovery from your implant surgery? That is a reality now here at Modern Day Smiles with Yomi® - our surgical robot.
Robot-assisted surgery offers haptic robotic guidance to intensify the skilled implant dentistry teams’ clinical expertise and delivers minimally invasive repeatable surgical precision.
Yomi® enables our doctors to make tiny incisions to insert your implant posts. These small incisions result in less discomfort and faster healing, meaning a quick return to normal life.
QuikArch™ gives you final teeth fast. No more waiting months. No more wearing bulky temporaries. This system uses digital planning, smart materials, and guided surgery to get it done in days.
Unlike brittle zirconia, this polymer is layered over a titanium bar, giving it the strength to absorb shock when you chew. That means a smooth, quiet bite with no clacking or stiffness.
It’s also adjustable, so if your gums change during healing, your prosthesis can be fine-tuned. Zirconia can't do that.
With a clinical success rate over 98%, this is a system that’s proven to work.
How It Works:
Detailed Smile Design: We start with a full digital scan. Every detail of your bite, gums, and smile is mapped out.
Precision Placement: Surgical guides make the process fast and accurate. No flaps. No guesswork.
Final Teeth in Days: You get your permanent teeth in just a few days. No expensive second set. No long delays. More savings for you.
At Modern Day Smiles, we go beyond digital planning—we bring it to life in real time.
That’s now possible at Modern Day Smiles thanks to X-Guide™ — our advanced 3D navigation system for dental implants.
X-Guide gives our doctors real-time control over the position, angle, and depth of your implant with pinpoint accuracy. In fact, it’s been shown to be 11X more accurate than freehand surgeries.
That level of precision means fewer incisions, less discomfort, and a quicker healing time, so you can get back to your life faster.
It’s a cutting-edge approach that helps us deliver safe, predictable, and natural-looking results, all in a single visit.
By investing in the latest 3D digital imaging technology and implementing a digital workflow system, we can now offer greater precision during the planning and execution stages of your dental implant treatment.
When placing dental implants, we can ensure their exact position over traditional methods. Our device allows us to capture detailed digital images of your teeth, gums, and bone and facial structure, resulting in a treatment plan executed accurately, predictably, and efficiently.
This way, your smile will be exactly how it was meant to look.
Many dentists only use a CBCT scanner, but not many use this new technology. We are the ONLY team of Periodontists, Prosthodontist, Oral Surgeons and General Dentists in the Tampa Bay area using Photogrammetry technology.
At Modern Day Smiles we use advanced digital dentistry tools to make your dental implant experience faster, easier, and more comfortable without the need for scalpels, long recoveries, or outdated guesswork.
We virtually plan your surgery for precise, predictable results.
These guides allow smaller incisions, less pain, and faster recovery.
We scan your mouth with a camera for a perfect fit.

Less pain and swelling

Let's Get Started
Dental implants give you the ability to bite and chew your food. They can also be crucial to smiling and speak properly. Your teeth are one of the first things people notice about you. When you lose your teeth, no matter how many, your sense of confidence may begin to change as you face new oral health issues such as an inability to comfortably smile and socialize with your friends.
Dental Implants are small zirconia or titanium rods which are surgically inserted into your jawbone. The bone fuses to them during healing, providing strong, stable support for your new teeth.
Now is the time to take care of your health with the help of Dr. Vivek Solanki and enjoy a bright, beautiful smile.
At Modern Day Smiles, we’re committed to top-quality dental care using advanced technology focused on your comfort.
That includes laser dentistry and the BLAST Protocol (Biostimulation-Lase-Activation-Stimulation-Technique) a powerful combination for faster healing, better results, and less discomfort.
We use laser technology during implant placement surgery to enhance precision, reduce bleeding, and promote faster healing.
Because lasers target tissue more precisely, they improve surgical outcomes and patient comfort, making the procedure more efficient and less invasive.
Even if you’ve been told you’re not a candidate due to gum disease or bone loss, BLAST may offer a solution.
Removes bacteria and infected tissue
Speeds up healing by activating bone and gums
Boosts stability and appearance with precise placement
Minimizes complications through soft tissue control
Maximizes long-term success with smart timing
Whether you need one implant or a full-mouth restoration, BLAST helps us create durable, beautiful smiles with greater comfort and confidence.
Dental implants feel and function like natural teeth and are a great way for you to get back to smiling and eating naturally.
With Dr. Vivek Solanki and the team, whole mouth implants that replace missing teeth can create a whole new you in just one visit. If you are a good candidate, you may be able to go home the next day or sooner with new teeth and a beautiful smile.

Modern Day Smiles proudly offers the 3-on-6™ system, a breakthrough alternative to bulky full-arch treatments like All-on-4. With six implants securely supporting three natural-looking bridges, 3-on-6™ restores your smile’s strength, beauty, and function, all without sacrificing your natural bone.
Standard All-on-4 implants often require removing up to 5mm of your natural bone to make room for bulky artificial gums.
Here’s why 3-on-6™ is different:
Ultra-lightweight & slim
No impact on speech & no gaps with stuck food
Less invasive surgery with faster recovery
Caring for your new smile is easy—just brush and floss like normal. There’s no removable arch to clean or maintain.
For patients who qualify for 3-on-6™, it’s a life-changing solution that looks, feels, and functions like your real teeth giving you back your confidence, comfort, and bite.
Want to find out if 3-on-6™ is right for you? Schedule a consultation at Modern Day Smiles today!
Modern Day Smiles proudly offers ThinArch™, a unique alternative to traditional full-arch restorations. It's designed to be 4x lighter and smaller than standard solutions.
Standard All-on-4 implants often require removing up to 5mm of your natural bone, this is known as bone reduction, to make room for bulky artificial gums.
ThinArch eliminates the need for excessive bone reduction, preserving your natural structure while providing a sleek, comfortable fit.
Here’s why ThinArch is different:
Ultra-lightweight & slim
No impact on speech & no gaps with stuck food
Less invasive surgery with faster recovery
Caring for your new implants is a breeze, you only need to brush and floss, that's it. No trips to the doctor to remove your arch to clean out the mouthpiece!
For patients who qualify for ThinArch, it's a superior solution that looks and feels like real teeth.
Want to see if ThinArch is right for you? Schedule a consultation at Modern Day Smiles today!
Zygomatic dental implants offer a unique approach to tooth replacement by anchoring implants in the cheekbones instead of the jawbone.
This eliminates the need for altering the jawbone and provides stable support for fixed teeth. With longer implants, zygomatic implants can accommodate replacement teeth effectively.

The Benefits of Zygomatic Implants:
Requires fewer surgeries
Supports secure, natural-looking teeth
Eliminates the need for bone grafting procedures
Provides reliable, long-term function
TEETH IN A DAY
